It is important to understand that a person is usually not just one season. Most people are blends. A seasonal blend means that you are influenced by more than one season. In Bernice Kentner's seasonal color system, there are 12 color blends & 4 ABSOLUTE persons. Summer people generally fall into one of these categories:

MOONLIGHT SUMMER (Summer mixed with Winter) Hair coloring: dark ash brown to brunette or silver gray
SUNSHINE SUMMER (Summer - Spring) golden blonde highlights in ash brown hair
INDIAN SUMMER (Summer - Autumn) light red or copper, ash blonde hair
ABSOLUTE SUMMER usually has light brown hair, it could also be gray.
